Workflow

Maintenance

1. Lubricate motor bearings every 3-6 months.

2. Check the tightness of the V-belt during each shift.

3. Pulse Dust Collector: Replace the pulse bags regularly, generally recommended every 6 months.

4. Lubricate the pulse auger reducer regularly. Generally, check it once a month. Check the V-belt once a week.

5. Lubricate motor bearings every 6 months.

6. Auger: Lubricate all auger reducers regularly. Generally, check it once a month. Check the V-belt once a week.

7. Lubricate motor bearings every 6 months.

When inspecting all transmissions and auger reducers, always turn off the motor. Lubrication and inspection of the V-belt are strictly prohibited while the equipment is operating.
