The Model UHB-ZK corrosion-and-abrasion-resistant sand slurry pump is a premium-tier, single-stage, single-suction cantilever horizontal centrifugal pump engineered explicitly for the most demanding industrial fluid processing environments. Designed to tackle the dual challenges of intense chemical corrosion and severe mechanical abrasion, this specialized pump serves as the backbone for heavy industry material transport.

Our proprietary design utilizes heavy-duty steel-lined Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) for all internal flow contact parts. UHMWPE represents the absolute pinnacle of modern engineering plastics for fluid handling, delivering an unparalleled combination of wear resistance and chemical stability that vastly outperforms traditional rubber-lined, stainless steel, or high-chromium alloy pumps in corrosive slurry applications.


Key Structural Engineering Features

  1. Robust Composite Armor Casing The pump body features a thick, molecularly bonded UHMWPE lining ranging from 8mm to 20mm, hydraulically molded inside a rugged outer steel casing. This composite matrix delivers the mechanical pressure rating of steel combined with the superior chemical and wear protection of advanced polymers. The structural life expectancy of this design is 5 to 6 times longer than standard elastomeric lined pumps.
  2. Adaptable Impeller Geometry To ensure optimal hydraulic efficiency and prevent clogging, we offer two distinct blade wheel configurations depending on your specific medium profile:
  • Semi-Open / Open-Type Impellers: Engineered specifically for high-density slurries, thick mineral pulps, and fluids with large suspended solid particulates.
  • Closed-Type Impellers: Optimized for clear chemical liquids, thin acids, and low-viscosity fluids, maximizing hydraulic efficiency and total dynamic head.
  1. Proprietary K-Type Dynamic Sealing Matrix The Model UHB-ZK corrosion-and-abrasion-resistant sand slurry pump utilizes an advanced K-type dynamic seal. This design incorporates a specialized rubber sealing ring paired with an auxiliary impeller setup. During operation, the pressure generated by the auxiliary impeller prevents the process fluid from reaching the shaft seal area, drastically reducing wear, preventing leakage without requiring massive amounts of external cooling flush water, and extending routine maintenance intervals.
